BigfootVoice SMS Terms And Conditions

BigfootVoice may send SMS or MMS messages to people who contact us, request follow-up, submit a service inquiry, text BigfootVoice first, or otherwise provide consent to receive messages.

Program Description

Messages may include customer-care responses, sales follow-up, support updates, billing or account notices, service notifications, appointment coordination, and replies to inbound text messages or website inquiries.

Consent

Providing a mobile number or continuing a chat does not opt you in. To receive SMS/MMS follow-up, select the SMS consent checkbox and submit the contact or SMS preferences form. You choose whether to receive messages related to your inquiry, account, service, or requested follow-up. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with BigfootVoice. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any BigfootVoice SMS message. After you reply STOP, we may send one final confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages unless you opt in again.
